| • Dynasty Apparel was founded in 1980 by the Mendez brothers. It was started as a Screen Printing Company servicing National Theme Parks and Resort Markets.
• During the 1990’s, Dynasty enjoyed fruitful relationships with the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, and most Major Colleges and Universities. • In 2002, it signed an exclusive 3 year licensing agreement with Hang Ten, a California based Surf Brand for Young Men’s, Boys, Girls and Juniors category. • In Fall 2002, the Mendez’s acquired Dino Di Milano, a company which has an exclusive licensing agreement with the Williamson-Dickie Company, to market and manufacture Young Men’s tops with the “Dickies” Brand. • In 2005, Dynasty signed a 5 year agreement with MLB and MLBPA which includes exclusive rights in certain product categories, such as baseball jerseys at the mass and a fashion collection for team shops and stadiums under their proprietary brand, “Stitches”. • In Spring 2008, it signed an exclusive licensing agreement with “World Industries” for Boys and Young Men’s fashion tops and bottoms. “World Industries” is the world’s largest and most recognized skateboard brand. |
